Contemporary Worship Service*

While our traditional worship services maintain the service elements that lifetime Lutherans know well, GSLC's Contemporary Worship (CW) service looks beyond tradition and includes many of the things that make popular Christian music fun. We use a variety of acoustic and electric instruments, and utilize a Powerpoint projection system to focus our CW service.

We not only use current music from Christian radio, but enjoy putting new spiritual lyrics to familiar pop tunes from the past forty years. We include brief interpretations with lessons, and engage in a prolonged time of meditation and prayer each Sunday, surrounded by uplifting pop music.

CW started at Good Shepherd in 2004, and it is constantly growing and evolving. Please join us as we worship God in new ways!
