EDUCATION

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL is taught each Sunday at 9:45 am in the sanctuary from September Through May.

–Pastor Dick will be leading THE LUTHERAN COURSE. This course is based on the Lutheran Handbook. (Our Confirmands, and Junior and Senior High School classes will also be using a curriculum based on the Lutheran Handbook.) This study combines the serious, formal scholarship that was Luther’s life’s work with the humor and lightheartedness that characterized his personality. Theology is serious stuff, but we remember that it is not our theology that saves us, but Jesus. Our life in the church, therefore, can be exciting and our theological wranglings can be done with a sense of humor and love for our neighbor.
