Pastor
Dick Jepsen was born in and attended high school in Blue
Island, IL (First Suburb South of Chicago).
He attended Wartburg College
in Waverly, Iowa where he met his wife Joyce, whom he married on June 11,
1960. {astor Dick graduated from Wartburg Seminary
in Dubuque, Iowa in 1965. He has
served congregations in Indiana, Iowa, Ohio, Oklahoma and Bella Vista,
AR. He retired on March 1, 2004 from United Lutheran in Bella Vista.

Dick and Joyce have four daughters and 10 grandchildren.

Dick Jebsen, Interim Pastor
Jane
Coffin has been a member at Good Shepherd for 7 years. Her
duties include preparing the bulletin, the monthly newsletter,
and scheduling volunteers. She offers support for other staff
members and groups within the church. Her favorite day to work is Tuesday,
when the Love Bear group is making Bears. It reminds her that
Good
Shepherd is a vibrant, active, caring church. She and her husband,

Jane Coffin, Administrative Secrertary
Bob
Mueller is
recognized as one of the best organists in the USA. As our Music Director,
he also directs the adult choir, band, and bell choir.
A professor of composition at the University of Arkansas, he composes
much of the church band & choir music. Bob has been our Music Director
since 1998.
Bob is married to
Tess Delaplain, a professor of oboe at the University. Together they have
three children: Tara; Erica; and Alex

Bob Mueller, Director of Music
Kim Krummel is
concerned with all activities and education associated with preschool
children
through senior high. Kim directly administers the church Sunday School
program including summer Sunday School during the months of June & July.
Before joining our staff in 2000, Kim was a kindergarten teacher and
assistant director of a local day care center.
Kim is married to Dale Krummel and they have two children: Matthew &
Maggie.

Kim Krummel, Youth Director
Sara
Cooper's responsibilities fall into a couple of major areas: membership
and fellowship.
She is also in charge of starting new groups and activities.
Prior to joining the staff in October 2004, Sara worked as
a Marketing Manager at the Sam's Club Home Office. Sara is married
to Drew Cooper and they have one child: Katherine.

Leslie
Harvey works
with our 3 year old through 5th grade Sunday School classes. She recruits
teachers, selects curriculum, and works with
projects such as our Christmas Program and Breakfast with the Easter
Bunny. Leslie has been a member of Good Shepherd since she was 7 years
old. Before joining the church staff, she taught 3rd grade for 10 years.
Leslie is married to Kevin Harvey and has 2 children, Will and Mary
Emma.

Leslie Harvey, Sunday School Coordinator
Lynne Martin, RN,
is our Parish Nurse, working quarter time, she aids the ongoing physical
and emotional health of our members. She joined our staff in 2002 although
she has been a member for a much longer time period. She conducts regular
blood pressure checks, holds seminars on selected topics, visits the
sick,
and is available to check member's medications and discuss medical
treatments.
Lynne recently retired from the Veterans Hospital in Fayetteville.

ynne Martin, Parish Nurse
Aaron
Johnson works quarter time as our Contemporary Worship (CW) Director.
He is responsible for all of the music for the contemporary service, overseeing
and rehearsing
the praise band, leading the CW, coordinating the visual and audio, and
directing the volunteers needed for the service. Aaron and his wife,
Callie, have been members of Good Shepherd since 2002. Aaron also works
as the accountant for the United Way of Washington County.
